Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns Policy sets out the terms and conditions for cancelling orders and getting refunds from our company, which provides consultancy services in the field of construction projects, as well as training materials and courses on estimating and technical documentation.
The policy applies to all digital products, including training materials, documents, templates, video tutorials and access to training platforms provided through our website.
2. Right of cancellation

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK), a consumer loses their right of cancellation for the purchase of digital content if:

Supply begins before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period;
The customer has given express consent for delivery to begin;
The customer has confirmed that they lose their right of cancellation.

As access to the materials is provided immediately after payment, by placing an order you agree to:

Start access immediately after payment;
Waive your right of cancellation;
Confirm that the product is considered delivered when access is granted.
3. Cancellation by the customer

You can only cancel your order up until the moment the product is made available (e.g. before sending a link, downloading a file, or starting a course). After that, no refunds will be made, except in the following cases:

Technical faults that make the product unusable;
Erroneous double charges or other payment problems.
4. Cancellation by the company

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of:

Unavailability of the service or material;
Errors in payment processing;
Breach of the terms of use by the customer.

n such cases, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent product or service.
5. Return procedure

If a return is approved within the described exceptions, it will be processed:
To the original payment method;
Within up to 10 business days, depending on the terms of your bank or payment system.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Non-refundable products and services

The following categories are not refundable:

Digital products that have already been accessed;
Educational services that have been fully delivered;
Customized or customized materials.
7. Customer responsibilities

The customer is obliged to:

Provide correct information when placing an order;

Keep access to materials secure;

Do not transfer or distribute materials to third parties.

Breach of these terms may result in refusal of return and blocking of access.
