1. Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

Major credit/debit cards – including Visa, Mastercard, American Express;

Online payments via our secure payment provider Stripe;

Digital wallets – Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc. (depending on availability in your region);

Bank transfer – only upon prior agreement and to the official company account.

Please note: we do not accept cash, cheques, or payments to personal accounts.
2. Security of Payments

Secure Processing: All transactions are handled by Stripe, a fully PCI DSS-compliant platform. We do not collect or store full card numbers or CVV codes.

SSL Encryption: Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure that your data is transmitted securely.

3. Currency and Exchange Fees

All service prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. If you pay in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and transaction fee. We are not responsible for those charges.

We operate in accordance with UK tax regulations. VAT may apply depending on the type of service and client location. If VAT is included or added, it will be shown clearly at checkout and on your invoice.
5. Payment Confirmation

Access to the service or course, as described on the website or in your agreement.
6. Unsuccessful Transactions

If your payment fails (due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or technical error):

The order will be cancelled automatically;

No service or access will be provided;

You can retry using a different method or contact your bank for clarification.
7. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If you believe you’ve paid twice or more than required, notify us immediately. We will verify and, if confirmed, initiate a refund of any excess payment.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first to resolve any issues before contacting your bank. If a chargeback is raised without valid justification, and we can prove that the transaction was authorised and services delivered, we may pursue recovery of the payment and any associated fees.
9. Instalment Plans

Where applicable, we may offer split payments (e.g., deposit + balance before course start or project phase). Any instalment plan must be agreed in writing. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation without refund.
10. Refunds

Refunds, if eligible, will be returned via Stripe to the same method used for payment. Refund timelines depend on your bank but typically take 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
11. Incorrect Charges
